As per Israeli Tourism Ministry regulation, owners of vacation residences enjoy their apartment for up to 6 months in every calendar year at the periods of their choice and need to offer the residence for rent (when it is not in use by the owner) for at least six months a year. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel offers owners full management and rental services package while their apartment is vacant. The rental periods generate monthly income for the owners.
Income – When in the Ritz-Carlton rental and management program, owners receive 40% of every night the apartment is rented plus an additional 5% which is kept in escrow for any wear and tear issue.
